Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the game 7th Sentinel (the "game") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The game is made by RND Team ("we", "us"). If you have any question, write to info@7thsentinel.com.
1. What we collect
Your account. When you press START, the game creates a guest account for you. It is identified by a random account ID; no name, email or phone number is needed to play. If you choose to create an RND Account, we also store the email address and a securely hashed password you choose, so you can sign in on another device.
Your player profile. The player name you pick, your #tag, your chosen portrait and the agent you lend to friends. Other players can see these when they search for you or add you as a friend.
Your game data. Your progress (missions cleared, agents, levels, items and currencies), your friends list, the mail the studio sends you, and a log of in-game spending and rewards. This is what lets your game continue on any device.
Your purchases. When you buy something, Google Play handles the payment. We never see your card or bank details. We receive and keep the purchase record Google gives us (the product, the order ID, a purchase token and the time) to deliver what you bought and to prevent fraud.
Feedback you send. If you use the FEEDBACK button, we receive the text you write and, if you are signed in, your account ID.
Technical information. Like any online service, our servers receive your IP address and basic request details when the game connects, and the game reports its version number so we can tell you when an update is required.
2. What we do not collect
The game has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. It does not sell your information to anyone.
3. How we use it
- to run the game and keep your progress safe across devices;
- to let you add friends and borrow their agents;
- to deliver purchases, rewards and studio mail;
- to answer your messages and feedback;
- to keep the game fair and secure, for example to stop cheating and fraud.
4. Who processes it for us
We do not share your information with anyone who would use it for their own purposes. We use these service providers to run the game, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Supabase stores accounts and game data on servers in Singapore;
- Google Play processes payments and verifies purchases;
- Hostinger hosts this website and our email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except purchase records, which we keep for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and feedback, which we keep without your account ID.
6. Security
All communication between the game and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your game data can only be read by your own account, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@7thsentinel.com. You can delete your account and all its data at any time; see Delete your account.
8. Children
The game is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell you in the game when the change is important.
